Closing a Route

This guide explains how to use the Closing a Route feature in FlyLAT.

🔧 What Is It?

Closing a route when it's not being flown can have some advantages. Each route in the economy, does have it's own supply and demand. If the route is closed, it will simply not have the economy impacting your passengers numbers. If you choose to re-open the route, you can just create it again.

🛠 How to Use

  1. Open flyLAT Desktop app
  2. Login in if you haven't done so
  3. Click on routes
  4. Find the route you want to close
  5. Click on View Route →
  6. Bottom right, you should have a red button 'Close Route'

💡 Tips

  • You will not be able to close a route when someone is currently flying
  • If you have any AI flying that route, it will not close the route
